The Peach Belt Conference announced the 2014 women's soccer All-Conference team at a banquet in Evans on the eve of the tournament semifinals with the University of North Georgia's Cicely Taliaferro named the PBC Player of the Year and Brine Golden Ball Award winner. Sophia Matonak (1st team midfielder), Megan Morrow (1st team defender) and Megan Gil (2nd team defender) joined Taliaferro on the All-Conference ledger for the Nighthawks.

Armstrong State's Jenny Allen was voted the Freshman of the Year and Columbus State head coach Jay Entlich was honored as the Coach of the Year.

Taliaferro led the Peach Belt Conference in goals and points in the regular season. A senior midfielder from Marietta, she tallied 15 goals in her 18 games, 10 of those coming in conference contests. She had a four-game goal-scoring streak and finished the regular season with goals in six of her final eight games. Taliaferro had three multiple-goal games on the year to help lead North Georgia to the No. 2 seed in the PBC Tournament and a No. 16 national ranking. Taliaferro becomes the second Nighthawk to ever be recognized as the PBC Player of the Year, joining Emily Dover who was named one of three co-Players of the Year in 2011.

Despite missing two conference games, Matonak ranks in the top 10 in the league in goals, points and shots attempted. The sophomore from Monroe returned to the lineup after a redshirt season and has been crucial to UNG's success as one of the strongest midfielders in the PBC. She ranks eighth in the league in goals and seventh in total points.

Morrow, a senior from Lawrenceville, anchored a stingy North Georgia defense that has allowed the second least amount of goals in the league this season. No Peach Belt team allowed fewer shots on goal than the North Georgia defense in 2014. On top of the defensive success, Morrow leads the Peach Belt Conference in assists with 11.

Gil, a sophomore from Dacula, has emerged as one of the league's best on the back line helping the North Georgia defense be one of the stingiest in the conference allowing just 13 goals on the year. The team's 0.69 GAA is second best in the PBC.

The league's head coaches selected the 2014 women's soccer All-Conference team. Coaches were not permitted to vote for their own players.
