Liability Waivers will be required at check in. Final Player Rosters must be submitted by end of 2nd game.
Maximum roster of 12 players allowed in Men’s & Women’s Divisions. 14 players allowed in Coed
Player/Eligibility:
All players must be registered with their State
Soccer association and must provide current photo ID.
Out of State teams must also provide travel permits.
ALL Tournament Finals will be held Sunday afternoon February 26th, 2012 at Mud Creek Park

Tournament T-Shirts will be available in short sleeve for $10 and long sleeve for $15. Tournament T-Shirts can be pre-ordered at a discount. Short sleeve will be $8 and long sleeve will be $12.
