The 4th annual Black Tie Soccer Game benefiting Soccer in the Streets Returns in October

The fourth annual Black Tie Soccer Game benefiting Soccer in the Streets will be held on Sunday, October 7 from 2 to 6 p.m. The annual tongue-in-cheek fundraiser will kick off in a new venue, the stadium at Grady High School in Midtown, where four soccer teams dressed in their “finest” tuxedos and ball gowns compete for the overall win and the coveted title of best-dressed player. Following the high-energy matches, attendees walk right across the street to Park Tavern in Piedmont Park where they can mix and mingle with the players, enjoy a delicious fare off the menu, cocktails, a silent auction, and much more. Confirmed players for this year’s event include All the Hits Q100′s Bert Weiss, Tony McManus – midfielder for the Atlanta Silverbacks, Justin Lock of CBS “Better Mornings Atlanta”, Justin Anthony – owner of 10 Degrees South, Justin Epstein of Premier PR, Keiran Neely of Georgiaville Food Company, and Justin Haynie – owner of Diesel Filling Station. Tickets to watch the matches at Grady High School’s stadium are $5 and can be purchased online at www.blacktiesoccergame.com. The after-party at Park Tavern is free to attend.
