After the first week of EPL finishes, we saw many much drama including Chelsea draw with Stoke and Arsenal’ s anemic effort against a brand new Newcastle. How about the loss of an entire match between Tottenham and Everton. The riots in London, have forced the Premier League to reschedule the game. Tottenham is dealing with Luka Modric drama and rescheduling adds to the tension. Will Tottenham qualify for the Champions League.
This weeks Predict the Score leader in Paul Kelly aka Johnny Canuck who soared to the top of the table. Paul Kelly is an up and coming manager of the Express Locomotive who led his team, for the first time, to the Finals of the CASL o30 division. After suffering a crushing defeat in penalties, he seems to be
channeling his frustration within PTS.
In second place right behind Johnny Canuck is LFC. LFC aka Ian Wheeler is Rover White’s number one keeper and a perennial allstar in CASL. Although he lacks imagination in choosing LFC as a team name ( what does LFC stand for anyway?), his results speak for themselves.
Tied for second in nrgcoach aka Imre Pataki. Imre is a local folk hero in the Cobb soccer community. He mixes a strange brand esoteric universalist philosophy with a good touch to make a very strange football character. He is currently embroiled in love/hate relationship with Rovers Red that is keeping him focused on other things like EPL predictions.
At the bottom of the table is last years champion, Quique Park Rangers (QPR) aka Quique Knowspez. “Last year I started bottom of the table and ended up winning the competition. It’s a long season. I hope to exact revenge on the people gloating at the top of the table.”
