The Georgia Soccer Development Foundation welcome the Atlanta District Amateur Soccer League as new provisional Program Partners starting Summer 2011.

The Georgia Soccer Development Foundation, owners and operators of the Georgia Sports Park, are happy to welcome the Atlanta District Amateur Soccer League as new provisional Program Partners starting Summer 2011.  The ADASL, the premier amateur soccer league in Georgia, is adding its fantastic organization to the park’s alliance of leading Metro-Atlanta based sports programs, alongside Concorde Fire Soccer Club and the Atlanta Flying Disc Club.
Thanks to the ADASL’s donated expansion funding, the park will be adding backstop netting behind all the goals, a wonderful improvement to the park that will add to the speed and enjoyment of matches and games at GSP.  No more hunting for balls in the creek!
The leadership of the park and the league will be working together to finalize the mutually beneficial partnership status with the goal of the ADASL becoming full Program Partners during the next two years.  When the ADASL is able to donate the remaining funds necessary to becomes full Program Partners, that development funding (with some additional help) will see the creation of the much needed classroom (plus bathrooms, concessions, office) building that will facilitate local after school programs and greatly further GSP’s mission to improve people’s lives.
For more information on GSP, the ADASL, or other sports programs at the park, please visit our website www.georgiasportspark.com.  Enjoy the park!
