What happens when a classical and public radio host who once ran from the dodgeball is sent to training with Atlanta’s pro soccer team?

Soccer players are among the world's most fit athletes, and the Atlanta Silverbacks, the city's North American Soccer League Team, are no exception. The Silverbacks have been doing well this season, so it was a bit nerve-wracking for host John Lemley when the team invited him to spend a day training with them. A recent warm, muggy morning found him driving to the Silverbacks Stadium near Spaghetti Junction to don a warm-up uniform and cleats.
Things began with Rodrigo Rios, the team's director, telling him what to expect.
